Strip Curtains are commonly hung around exhaust hoods and vents to help contain and siphon pollutants.

Strips are typically hung on the outside around the perimeter of the hood ( face mount ).

In most applications strips hang as low as required to contain air as it rises. Positive airflow enters under the strips and the air is then sucked up into the hood.

Sliding Strip curtains can also be purchased which allow personnel better access under the hood.
